Improving Startup Speed of pwsh by Disabling conda Auto Activation

One primary drawback of Powershell 7 on my machine is that it starts up too slow to ignore. Typical startup time would be around 7 s, sometimes even 10+ s.
That’s because conda auto activates itself whenever a new shell instance is up. So, just run:
conda config --set auto_active_base falseThen, the startup speed should be much faster; on my machine, the startup time drops to around 1.2 s.
