I recently bought a second-hand CUBE iwork 11, and here are the compabilities of “modern” softwares.

✔ = Functional;
⚠️ = Have issues;
❌ = Totally unusable.

Android 5 x86

Software Compability Other Notes
VLC ✔
bilimiao ✔ Logging in must use QR code, otherwise would be blocked by failed verification.
Firefox ✔⚠️ Only up to 143.0.4.
Via ⚠️ Won’t render too modern webpages.

Windows 10

Software Compability Other Notes
get.activated.win ✔ Need to follow the official instructions on older versions of Windows.
VLC ✔
7-zip ✔
KDE Drawy ❌ Qt6 lacking entry points on old Windows
Okular ❌ Same.
mpv.net ❌ Even after installing .NET 10 runtime.
Clash Verge Rev ❌ Even with Webview2.
Clash Party ✔
LatencyMon ✔
ungoogled-chromium ✔ Somewhat laggy.
Huorong ✔ Can be CPU-consuming, especially on this Cherry Trail platform.
GazBoard ✔
Xournal++ ⚠️ Crashes after closing; seemingly a font is missing.
WPS Office ✔⚠️ Resource consuming.
Windows Terminal ❌ Not running at all.
Tabby ⚠️ Not displaying anything.
ConEmu ✔⚠️ Not supporting modern TUI applications, such as msedit.
Zed ❌ Installer not runnable.
Office Mobile ❌ Just quit themselves.
Office 2019 ⚠️ Crashes when creating new files.
YozoOffice ✔ Might have compability issues with files created by MS Office; somewhat laggy, might be the issue of CPU.
rustup ✔ I used mingw64 from winlib, and used x86_64-pc-windows-gnu toolchain. Took a really long time even though I used a mirror already, probably due to weak multitasking ability of the CPU.
