Enabling Dark Theme on Old Windows 10

Go to regedit, add 2 DWORD entries under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize: AppsUseLightTheme and SystemUsesLightTheme, set them all to 0.

For some reason, on really old versions, it won’t apply to the explorer.
